What is your return policy?

If your shirt doesn't fit, or if you don't like it for any reason (we can't imagine you wouldn't) State and Liberty will accept any return, no questions asked, within 90 days of purchase. We'll even pay for return shipping, and are happy to replace the shirt with a different size or refund your full purchase price - whichever you prefer.

Monogrammed shirts cannot be returned and are exempt from the above policy - sorry for the inconvenience!

What is your International Return Policy?

Because of high costs and difficulty with labels, all international (outside of USA) customers are responsible for creating their own label to send back shirts for returns/exchanges.

When will my refund be issued?
We will issue a full refund within 5 days of receiving your return, if requested. 
What are the wash and care instructions for your shirts?

Our shirts can be machine-washed on a cold, delicate cycle, and hang dried. You can wash our shirts together with other State & Liberty shirts, but we recommend separating out the whites from the colors to keep their brightness. 

If you feel like your shirt could use touching up at any point, you can:

  • Iron on the lowest heat setting possible
  • Fluff in the dryer on the lowest heat setting possible
  • Steam the shirts

What if I'm in-between sizes on your sizing chart?

It all depends on how you like the fit, but most often we recommend sizing up.
