Who You Are

You are a key member of the store leadership team responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and overseeing daily retail operations. You take initiative, provide coaching and feedback, and adapt quickly to the flow of the business while supporting both people and performance.

Day in the Life

Ensure every guest receives an outstanding in-store experience
Manage day-to-day sales floor operations and prioritize business needs
Prepare the store for daily operations including merchandising and replenishment
Answer phones, respond to voicemails, and manage store email
Maintain fitting room organization and cleanliness
Arrange shipping to guests, other stores, and warehouses
Assist with store opening and closing procedures
Operate POS systems and handle transactions, returns, and gift cards
Receive, process, and manage inventory (lifting boxes up to 30 lbs)
Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising
Complete additional projects as assigned by headquarters leadership
