How can I make a return or exchange?

If you are returning your shirt due to the fit, I wanted to let you know that thousands of our customers have had success finding the perfect fit by simply sizing up or down.

We will issue a full refund within 5 days of receiving your return, if requested.

What is the shipping time on my order?

Once your order is placed, it will ship within 24 hours during standard business days, Monday through Friday.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-10 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. If you have any questions, please reach out to and we are more than happy to assist

Our shipping rates vary from country to country and depending on the size of the order. General shipping time is 3-7 days after the order was placed.

For applicable countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.

What is your international return policy?

Because of the high costs and difficulty with labels, all international customers (outside of USA and Canada) are responsible for creating their own label to send back their order for returns/exchanges.

What if I am in between sizes on your size chart or not getting the perfect fit with your standard shirts?

We always recommend ordering two sizes - you will receive free shipping with that order, and returns/exchanges are on the house. If you have any additional sizing questions, please reach out to and we’ll make sure to help find your perfect fit in our gear.

What if I receive my gear and it could use a bit of tailoring?

We encourage customers to go to their local tailor if the alterations are minor. If they are not minor, please reach out to our support email for our custom sizing options. We do not reimburse for tailoring fees.
