Amazing service in a world where we dont always get that
Im a big fan of State and Liberty. I ordered some clothes that just didnt fit right. So i called them and had to leave a message because it was a holiday. They called me back the following morning wanted to hear my concerns and sent me a return label no questions asked. I told the rep that i did like the clothes but they just didnt fit right. He told me he would ship me the same clothes with the correct sizing as soon as he saw movement in my return. The day i dropped the return at fed ex they sent me an email saying my replacement clothes were on the way. A couple of days later i had the replacement clothes on hand and they are a perfect fit. Im definitely going to look to this company for my future clothing needs. 5 stars👍
