Brand Ambassador Specialist

Work Location: This role is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. There will be significant time spent at our Ann Arbor headquarters, with limited remote work opportunities.

Responsibilities

Manage existing brand ambassadors and partnership relationships
Oversee inbound Instagram direct messages and route inquiries to appropriate teams
Manage inbound and outbound brand ambassador inquiries
Engage daily with the community across all social platforms
Filter requests to internal teams including PR, Influencer Partnerships, and Customer Service
Oversee influencer partnerships and strategic relationships, including product gifting
Develop outreach lists and manage amplification strategies
Create social content and influencer activations that build brand awareness
Foster talent relationships and negotiate influencer and partner agreements
Analyze content performance to optimize future partnerships
Utilize creative and cost-effective recruitment methods through social and online platforms
