Our blazers are crafted from a performance fabric blend that is lightweight, breathable, and extremely stretchy. The finish on the fabric, combined with the expertly crafted details and the internal canvassing, results in a naturally structured fit that gives a sharp and professional appearance. Our blazers are intended to be worn close fitting to the body, and the stretch in the fabric allows for a modern tailored fit without sacrificing comfort.

Great suit and great customer service.
I ordered this suit in 33 waist with 40 short jacket and vest. I got short because I don't like long sleeves and a long tail on my jackets; looks more tailored I think. I am 5'9 1/2 and weigh approximately 170 lb. My Brooks Brothers suits Jacket sizes are anywhere from 38 to 42 depending on the cut and size 32 to 34 pants for reference. I think because it's a athletic fit I had to go up to a size 42 short jacket with 34 pants. I called about doing an exchange and got a live person on the phone directly. Imagine that no prompts and connected directly to a live person! Within 2 minutes, he had my original order return label emailed to me and had my exchange sizes ready to be shipped out. There was a hold put on my credit card for the amount of the suit until my return package was received by them, which was perfectly acceptable with me. No wait time. I received the next suit within 3 days. There is a few minor alterations such as length of pants which is normal when buying any suit but also in the upper thigh area they were a little baggy so I had them taken in slightly as well. The suit was packed well in a nice box. The colors are the suit matched the images on the website. Absolutely a great suit and customer service. 100% I will be a repeat customer.

Great suit
I ordered the black athletic fit suit. The suit pants seem to run slightly big but once the size is right it was very comfortable and breathable. The staff both on phone order and then in person in DC were very product knowledgeable and fun to work with. Big fan of State and Liberty!

Finally, a comfortable suit
I haven't yet worn the suit for its desired purpose (I have occasion for a suit maybe once every couple years), but this will ultimately be the suit I get married in. Despite lack of use, I could tell just from trying it on, that this was unlike previous suits I have owned or worn. It is light and flexible. And the color! I went with plum (grateful for my fiancé letting me put some personality in the choice). It looks awesome. The fitting consultation has been incredibly helpful. Hit me up again in September when I actually get to try it out.
