Great customer service.
I ordered several shirts that didn’t fit me the way I like I reached out and Alden was kind enough to actually send me out a couple of shirts to try. I then declined I wanted to replace the shirts that didn’t fit with shirts o the made to order option Alden was gracious enough to make that happen it’s gonna take longer to get what I want but at least I’ll be getting what I like if things go accordingly.
